CanDo Tractor was started by a small group of growers, builders, and Mennonite craftsmen who believe the future of food doesn't look like a thousand-acre monoculture. It looks like ten acres, well-loved, profitable, and feeding a real community.
We make one thing: The Little Red Tractor. A compact, 25 HP precision platform built around the actual workflows of market gardens and regenerative farms.
No engineering theatre. No proprietary diagnostics. No subscription. Just the smallest, most honest machine we know how to build — and a commitment to keep it running for decades.
Our Philosophy
Soil first. Always.
Soil is the only asset a farm has that should appreciate. Every design decision on The Little Red Tractor — from weight, to tire choice, to tool geometry — is filtered through one question: does this build soil, or does it cost soil?
